Obtaining permits are the most complicated and time consuming step in the process.  We navigate through this process in communicating with local townships and state agencies to get to the finish line on time. 

Once we have the building permit through the township, its time to start construction.  Be apart of the various walk throughs at each phase.  You will experience a hands on approach in watching your dream come alive!
